Before you apply
- Verify your information: Enter your name, father name, gender, date of birth, postal address, mobile number, and other details exactly as required by the form.
- Check PC details: For post-convocation OD, verify the PC-generated or last-examination year. If the portal permits correction, enter only verified information.
- Pay the displayed fee: Pay the exact portal fee through SBI Collect and retain the challan PDF.
- Upload required documents: Upload documents and photo only in the formats and sizes stated in the form.
Post-convocation fee guidance
The portal displays the applicable OD fee. The current help guide explains it as Rs.1500 base fee, plus Rs.500 for each year after the PC-generated year, plus Rs.150 postal charge. Verify the amount displayed for your request before payment.
