How PC & CMM applications work
- Review academic data: Check student name, college, branch, subjects, credits, passed subjects, and calculated eligibility before confirming.
- Report discrepancies: Do not submit a normal application if the academic preview is incorrect. Use the portal’s discrepancy process and provide clear supporting details.
- Upload payment proof: Pay the exact amount shown for your request through SBI Collect and upload the challan PDF when required.
- Track processing: Follow the request status after the college and university workflow actions.
Important eligibility note
Eligibility is checked from available university academic records and the applicable programme rules. A previous failed attempt is considered cleared only when a verified passing attempt for that subject is available.
